💡
Since 2012, I have been teaching academic courses in various universities across Europe, in different formats, languages and on both BA and MA levels.
My main teaching themes are IR theory, conflict analysis, strategic thought, Franco-German relations and social science methodology.
I strive to create spaces for open and critical debate, even in lecture format courses.
Depending on the teaching objectives, I evaluate students using 'classical' assignments such as in-class exams, presentations, or research papers. More recently, I have started experiments with inverted classroom formats. For example, I as part of a class on the methods of risk anticipation, I asked students to write science fictions stories on behalf of security institutions and reflect on their own experience.
